At Desert Creek Canines, we are passionate about breeding healthy, happy, and well-socialized puppies. Located in Sulphur Springs, Texas, we specialize in Whippets. With over 5 years of experience, our mission is to promote the breed's best qualities while ensuring our puppies find loving forever homes. We believe in responsible breeding practices that prioritize the health and temperament of our dogs. We adhere to ethical standards and strive to improve the breed through careful selection of breeding pairs based on genetics, health clearances, and temperament. Each breeding dog undergoes DNA testing Our dogs are family members first. They enjoy a loving home environment with plenty of space to play and socialize. Puppies are raised in a nurturing environment, exposed to various sounds, people, and experiences to ensure they are well-adjusted. Each puppy comes with: A complete health record Vaccinations and deworming A written health guarantee A starter kit with food and toys AKC registration We are dedicated to finding the right match for our puppies. We conduct interviews with potential families to ensure they understand the responsibilities of dog ownership. Our goal is to create lasting bonds between our puppies and their families. Our Process
We keep all our dogs and new pups up to date on all vaccines such as Parvo, Bordetella, Parainfluenza, and Distemper. We also deworm all dogs and pups on a regular basis. We want all of our animals to be healthy, so we take extra steps to ensure they have everything they need. Our new pups start potty training as soon as possible to make the transition into their new home a little easier.
All our dogs and pups are registered. We register through American Kennel Club (AKC) and American Stock Dog Registry (ASDR).
